This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Inventory Control position at Highway Safety Developments Ltd in Knocktopher. The role will involve tasks such as shipping & receiving, maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting physical inventory counts, and overseeing inventory control and management processes.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Responsible for obtaining quotations, seeking best prices for goods.
Stock processing: Placing orders and Processing GRN’s on the accounting package.
Bulk ordering and scheduling for continued supply.
Maintain minimum stock re-order levels.
Implementation of rolling stock takes
Inventory audits to review variance and report analysis.
Quality Control.
Qualifications and Experience:
Excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience working in purchasing / stock administration.
Strong organisational, time-management and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in computer skills and technology.
Experience in SAGE accounting package or similar an advantage.
